不確かな状態で被験者自身が行ったカフェインの摂取・非摂取の予想(初期判断)が,カフェインの中枢作用の自覚を反映する実験終了直後のカフェインの薬理効果の判定(最終的な自己判定)に及ぼす影響を調べた。結果は次の通りである。(1)被験者は,カフェイン無しやカフェインの効果無しなどの否定的判断を選択する傾向が強い。(2)カフェイン摂取・非摂取の自主的な予想の結果は,最終的な自己判定と一致する場合が多い。(3)実際のカフェインの摂取条件と異なる予想をした被験者の,薬理効果の自己判定にアンカー効果がみられた。
We investigated the influences of the predection on the final personal judgment in the double blind method that examined the central action of the caffeine. The results showed as follows. 1) The sudiects had the tendency to select the negative answer in every judgment. 2) The subjects had a reasonable coincidence of final judgment with the prediction under voluntary condition to select. 3) The anchoring effects had appeared only on the subjects who selected the contrary prediction to the actual existence of caffeine.
