内容
安静時過酸化脂質動態に及ぼす電解還元水の影響について検討した。その結果,水道水摂取時は摂取60分後に最も高い過酸化脂質レベルを観察し,電解還元水摂取時に比べ有意に高い値であった。電解還元水の摂取は酸化ストレス度の低い状態時にはそのレベルを維持する傾向に,また酸化ストレス度の高い状態時にはそれを改善する傾向が伺えた。ただし,電解還元水摂取による酸化ストレスの改善効果に関しては,より高い酸化ストレス状態時での投与および追跡時間の延長が必要であると考えられる。また,電解還元水摂取効果はより長期的な視点での検討が必要である。
The present study was undertaken to investigate the effect of the electrolyzed-reduced water (ERW) on the change of lipid peroxide (LPO) at rest. As a result, it was suggested that tap water intake elevated serum LPO level at 60 min after ingestion and it was significantly higher compared with that in ERW ingestion. As for the ingestion of ERW, the tendencies were found to maintain the degree of the oxidative stress (OS) in the low state of OS and to improve the degree of OS at the high state of OS. But, in case of investigating the effect of ERW toward the improvement of OS, it seems to be necessary to give ERW especially at the higher OS state and to extend time to chase its changes. In addition, it seems that the examination about ERW intake effect must be carried out with a longer-term viewpoint.
