An overview of the Academic Link Matsudo project was given and the articles about memorial exhibitions and lectures were introduced. Academic Link Matsudo was developed as a library facility that embodies the concept of “the spatial proximity of learning, content, and field” in order to foster “thinking students with excellent sensitivity.” We held exhibitions and lectures on the spatial significance of the university library and the contemporary significance of the horticultural documents housed there, and examined the potential of Academic Link Matsudo.
