[はじめに] “あがり”は一般的には「不安が緊張を生じさせ，その緊張が過度になると行動に不適応現象が生じる」との見解に至っている。そして緊張を生じさせるシステムについては，幾多の見解 1)2)3)4) が示されているが，著者等はそれらを内的，外的条件による心的葛藤であるとの見解 5) を示した。また不安をつのらせる要因については，多くの研究が報告されている。例えば経験年数 6)7)8)9), 自信の度合い 10)，技術レベル 11)12)13)，性格 14)15)，価値観 16)，感性 17) などの要因分析がされてきた。しかし尺度や対象者の違いからか必ずしも統一した結論に至ってはいない。著者等は，“あがり”を引き起こす要因は個々の生活環境や価値観等から生ずる態度にあると推測している。そこでどの様な状態，態度，属性を備えた人があがり易いのかを探求することを目的にし態度等とあがり指標 (あがり徴候，状態不安，心拍数)との関連を分析してきた。前回は日米高校野球選手を対象に調査し，日米選手の試合に取り組む態度や試合前の不安などについて報告 18)19) してきた。例えば試合に対する態度と状況不安との関係では，「試合に臨むにあ たり自信のない者」「試合の結果に対する気がかりがある者」「日常生活での行動に自信をもっていない者」が状態不安をつのらせる一つの要因とみられた。また試合に対する態度とあがり徴候との関係では「試合の結果に対する気がかりがある者」にあがり徴候が顕著に現れた。このことは「結果への不安」をつのらせる者が “あがり”を もたらす大きな要因とも考えられた。今回はスキーのバッジテストを緊張場面に設定し，態度等の質問を追加し状態不安との分析を試みた。
[ABSTRACT] We presume the factors that will provoke Stage Fright depend on the attitudes of one's individual living environments and one's values. This reports analyzed the relevances between the attitudes and functions of Stage Fright(signs of one's stages of mental uneasiness, heart rates) with the view to search for the men who have what kinds of condition, attitudes, or attributes are easy to have a stage fright. And also we analyzed about the attitudes and the stages of mental uneasiness by making choice of the strain in the badge test of skiing in this time. As the result of these research, we'll form our conclusion like these; First, there is a low stage of mental uneasiness, second, there remain unchanged between the time when they had breakfast and just before the test with the chance of the states of mental uneasiness, and the last, if the uneasiness of expectations are strong, the states of mental uneasiness showed a marked trend to hight in connection with the attitudes and the states of mental uneasiness.
