[SUMMARY] Teachers are looking to work with colleagues to deal with difficult situations. In this research, first, we constructed the scale of posture to work hard in difficult situations. Next, we developed a two-week class that could be implemented in university classes and examined its effects. Main results were as follows: (1) The following five factors were the scales for the posture to work hard in difficult situations. They are "no strategy for peer relations", "working with colleagues", "actively deal with problems", "posture to work hard with reference to people", and "posture to work hard against difficulties". (2) It became clear that the scale score increases by taking the developed classes. (3) From the text description of the students in the first class, the learning related to the constituent factors of the scale was examined. In the text description of the second class, I had the following idea: In a desperate situation, there were many thoughts about temporarily charging with family and friends to show another challenge. There were also many thoughts to ask friends for help.
